At Rifaqah, we're proud to offer free shipping on every order delivered across the UAE.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all emirates across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
2. Shipping Cost
All orders ship completely free, with no minimum order value required.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within the UAE and courier availability.
4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and handed to our shipping partner within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking information via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
6. Delays
While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays can happen due to courier volume, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Rifaqah is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
